7 Days Easy Return Policy

At Jhalak Enterprises, we focus on delivering quality campaign materials and a reliable shopping experience. Eligible products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, undamaged, and returned with original packaging and product tags.

Product must be unused and unwashed
Original tag & packaging should be available
Return request must be raised within 7 days
Product should be in proper resellable condition

⚠ Important Inspection Notice

Many rally products such as mufflers, flags, caps, and scarves are often used during political events. Therefore, every returned item is carefully inspected after reaching Jhalak Enterprises. If the product appears used, worn, washed, damaged, or without tags, the return request may be rejected.

Non-Returnable Products

Customized products are manufactured only after customer approval, therefore such products cannot be returned or refunded in any condition.

Return Process

Send your return request through WhatsApp or Email support.

2. Share Details

Submit order ID, issue reason, and product photos for verification.

3. Approval & Review

Once approved, return instructions will be shared by our team.

Refund Policy

After the returned product reaches Jhalak Enterprises, it will go through a quality inspection process.

Refund processed within 7–10 business days
Refund issued to original payment method
Shipping & COD charges are non-refundable

Replacement Policy

Replacement is available for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

Issue must be reported within 48 hours
Clear product photos required
Replacement subject to stock availability

Order Cancellation Policy

Orders canceled within 12 hours of placing the order are eligible for a full refund.

📦 After Shipment

If the order has already been shipped, courier or shipping charges may be deducted from the refund amount.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Returns

For COD orders, return courier charges may be applicable depending on the return reason. If the return is due to our mistake or a damaged product, we may arrange or cover the return shipping.
